Korean Red Chili Paste Sauce (for Chicken Wings)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup dark premium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup gochujang paste (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. Saute the garlic and ginger in the peanut oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Toss chicken wings in the sauce.

Notes

  • This is enough for 20-30 wings.
  • Add water if it's too thick.
