Korean Red Chili Paste Sauce (for Chicken Wings)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1/4 cup dark premium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup gochujang paste (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
- Saute the garlic and ginger in the peanut oil over medium high heat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Toss chicken wings in the sauce.
Notes
- This is enough for 20-30 wings.
- Add water if it's too thick.
