Stir-Fried Green Beans & Pork Belly

- Heat up a wok (very high heat).
- Combine the ginger, soy sauces, sesame oil, and black pepper into a bowl.
- Chop the green beans, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
- Chop the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
- When the wok is heated, add the pork belly and cook for 5-8 minutes. No need to add oil.
- Remove the pork belly and excess oil, leaving a coating of oil.
- Add the garlic and onions. Stir fry continuously for 1-2 minutes (be careful not to burn).
- Add the sauce mixture, the green beans, and the bell pepper. Stir fry for 10 minutes.
- Add the pork belly, stir to combine, and serve.
