Stir-Fried Green Beans & Pork Belly

  1. Heat up a wok (very high heat).
  2. Combine the ginger, soy sauces, sesame oil, and black pepper into a bowl.
  3. Chop the green beans, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
  4. Chop the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
  5. When the wok is heated, add the pork belly and cook for 5-8 minutes. No need to add oil.
  6. Remove the pork belly and excess oil, leaving a coating of oil.
  7. Add the garlic and onions. Stir fry continuously for 1-2 minutes (be careful not to burn).
  8. Add the sauce mixture, the green beans, and the bell pepper. Stir fry for 10 minutes.
  9. Add the pork belly, stir to combine, and serve.
