Pickled Onions
Ingredients
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 0.75 cups red wine vinegar
- 0.5 cups white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- A GLASS JAR
Instructions
- Add the vinegar, salt, and sugar to a pan, heat until boiling.
- While waiting for the vinegar to boil, slice the onion and add it to the jar.
- Once the vinegar is boiling, pour it into the jar.
- Wait for it to cool, store in the refrigerator.
