Pickled Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 0.75 cups red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 cups white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • A GLASS JAR

Instructions

  1. Add the vinegar, salt, and sugar to a pan, heat until boiling.
  2. While waiting for the vinegar to boil, slice the onion and add it to the jar.
  3. Once the vinegar is boiling, pour it into the jar.
  4. Wait for it to cool, store in the refrigerator.
