Red Wine Vinny

Ingredients

  • 160g red wine vinegar
  • 175g olive oil
  • 110g plain greek yogurt
  • 65g mayonaise
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 tablespooon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspooon black pepper

Directions

  1. Blend everything together in a blender, or the large bullet container.

Notes

  • Do not add more garlic, it quickly overpowers the other flavors.
