Red Wine Vinny
Ingredients
- 160g red wine vinegar
- 175g olive oil
- 110g plain greek yogurt
- 65g mayonaise
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 tablespooon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspooon black pepper
Directions
- Blend everything together in a blender, or the large bullet container.
Notes
- Do not add more garlic, it quickly overpowers the other flavors.
- Based on a recipe from Mandy's Gourmet Salads book.
