Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Ingredients
- Vanilla custard base
- Pineapple
- Pound cake
- Maraschino cherries
- Pineapple liqueor
Notes
- Pineapple chunks need to be chopped very small, otherwise it will have too much of an icy texture.
Oreo Cake Batter
Ingredients
- Vanilla custard base
- 1/2 cup funfetti cake mix
- Oreos, chopped up
- Sprinkles
Notes
- Inspired by JP Licks
- According to the internet, too much cake batter makes it too thick, use no more than 3/4 cup per batch.
- Artificial vanilla flavor is the key to birthday cake flavor.
Peanut Butter Candy Bar
Notes
- Originally wanted to try a Snickers flavor. Snickers would be more of a chocolate base, this is almost like Reese's Pieces flavor base.
S'mores
- Chocolate custard base (vanilla custard base + 1/3 cup cocoa powder)
- 1/2 box honey teddy grahams, crushed a bit
- 1/2 dark chocolate bar, chopped up into chips
- A few scoops marshmallow fluff
- Add the chips to the ice cream near the end of churning.
- Layer into a container:
- 1/3 of the ice cream
- marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 of the grahams
- 1/3 of the ice cream
- fluff
- 1/2 of the grahams
- 1/3 of the ice cream
Notes
- Next time use a little less cocoa powder. The chocolate flavor is a little too strong.
- Serve with more grahams on top. Maybe next time mix more grahams into the ice cream?
- Marshmallow fluff is really hard to spread, do this quickly.
