Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (3+ tablespoons)
  • 1 mandarin orange, juiced
  • 1/4 cup champagne or white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
