Citrus Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (3+ tablespoons)
- 1 mandarin orange, juiced
- 1/4 cup champagne or white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
